Description
- Prepare a schedule for branch visit and make strategy for observing the branch activities and share the branch visit schedule with the representative of the region and branch.
- Require to check the Members’ pass book (Suchona & Biborton) based on the requirement of branch level,
- Require to visit the branch physically and also visit the loan & center accordingly
- Require to check the loan file like whether all process has been maintained or not
- Responsible for conducting the special inspection report if any corruption is found in the branch level
- Responsible for conducting the inspection report on any special case
- Prepare Branch Inspection report manual & Inspection software and share to Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager & Head Office
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly report as per deadline and target.
- Preparing MF Branch risk category as per department instruction.
- Any other task is assigned by management
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 42 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Maintain internal relationships at Branch & area & region levels
- Work with others and building networks
- Take new initiative, work independently and proactively
- Work under high pressure and tight deadlines while at the same time working as an effective team member
- Maintain the Inspection process accurately
- Follow-up the organization process & Standard Operating process
