- Responsible for the one of leading mobile Company (vivo) flagship store operation which Includes overseeing sales, staffs and inventory overall Store & inventory related activities.
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional Manner. To ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
